Acebound Privacy Notice

This notice applies to Acebound v0.1.0, a single-player offline poker RPG for iPhone. It describes the app's data practices. The website privacy policy is separate and applies to use of apexaspire.co.uk and to support correspondence.

What the app does not collect

Acebound does not use accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, or network requests. It does not collect payment details.

On-device game data

Saves, settings, and combat logs stay on your device. Acebound does not provide cloud sync. Deleting the app may remove local progress; backups are managed through your device and Apple settings.

Payments

The app does not collect payment details. Apple handles App Store payments under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

Support email

If you choose to email support, we process the information you include so that we can respond to your request. This correspondence is governed by the Apex Aspire website privacy policy and is not game telemetry.
